St Mary’s accepts primary and secondary students at all year levels. Admission is open to any student with moderate, severe or profound bilateral permanent hearing loss who would benefit from a leading inclusive education program.

Enrolment Timeline

Prep

The closing date for applications to Prep will generally be May of your child’s 4-year-old kinder year or the year prior to seeking entry to Prep.

St Mary's College Wantirna South and South Morang Campus Primary students automatically have a place at the secondary campus of their choice. There is no need to apply for a place at year 7.

Year 7

The closing date for applications to Year 7 will generally be mid-August of the year your child is in Year 5.

All other year levels and late applications:
Enrolment applications can be made at any time of the year, however places are limited by the availability at each campus year level. Vacancies across all campuses are filled from the waiting list in order of application date.

Enrolment Process

Families can obtain an enrolment pack from St Mary’s College at any time and lodge their enrolment application.

Once eligibility is established, an enrolment pack will be sent home to be completed and returned with accompanying documents.
